We collect as little information as possible, and we want everyone to be able to use this website.
This website is operated by the Hadley & District Orpheus Male Choir, a registered charity (number 1205316) based in Hadley, Telford.
We only receive personal information that you choose to send us — for example, when you use the contact form or email us. That usually means your name, email address and the content of your message.
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, or to arrange a booking, a rehearsal visit or similar. We do not use your information for marketing, and we never sell it or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Messages sent through our contact form are delivered to us by FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service, which forwards them to the choir’s secretary by email. Your message passes through their systems only in order to reach us. If you prefer, you can email us directly instead.
This is a simple, static website. We do not use cookies, analytics or any form of tracking. The Contact page includes an embedded map from Google Maps; if you interact with it, Google’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
We keep enquiry emails only for as long as we need them to respond and for our ordinary records. You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time.

We’re aware that the embedded map is provided by Google and may be less accessible than the rest of the site; the full address and a directions link are always shown alongside it in plain text.
